Management of Human Resources in NGO-BHUMI(Chennai)

The research or the study was carried on non-governmental organization BHUMI (Chennai) over the period of about four months from January through April, 2017. Bhumi is one of the largest youth volunteer organisations in India. The report covers all the findings from the research.The research data shows that the employees, interns and volunteers of Bhumi are happy. In specific terms, there is strong indication that ¿volunteer administration and management¿ is efficient, with majority pointing either ¿agree¿ or ¿strongly agree¿ to the statement ¿happy with the organization¿s system of volunteer administration and management¿.
