Management of an export operation

Exporting is an economic and commercial activity considered very important. In particular, it is a crucial means of acquiring foreign currency, which is a means of economic and financial intervention in foreign markets for a country, and it is also an important element for the development of innovation. Furthermore, exports help to stimulate an economy by enhancing the value of a country's work to others and by ensuring the sustainability of its companies which, in the context of globalization, is strongly linked to their position on the world market. That's why, the governments of the countries of the world, give a significant attention as for the development of the exports and, particularly for the Algerian economy, which remains dependent on the exports in hydrocarbons. In order to stimulate the exports of a country, it is necessary to evaluate the potential of the companies and their needs, to be competitive on the international market.
