MANAGEMENT, INNOVATION AND MOTIVATION: TRADITION AND MANAGEMENT QUALITY

In this new edition of the series "Management, Innovation and Motivation: ...", we will analyze the development of graduates from the first class of the Administration course with emphasis in Systems Analysis at the Visconde de Cairu College, a century-old institution in Bahia, after ten years since their graduation, how they entered the job market, their greatest gains and points of view in relation to the institution. For the data survey, we used a quantitative analysis based on interviews using an electronic questionnaire, evaluating the contributions that the Visconde de Cairu Faculty imprinted on the graduated professionals, verifying the professional situation before and after graduation, where we verified the contribution of the quality of education in the professional life of these graduates, with significant leverage in the remuneration and rise in positions in the organizations they passed through.
