Manage Finance & Administrative Records

The issues of poor financial and administrative records management systems in the sub-counties of Sub Saharan Africa, despite the initiatives to improve upon them, have been of great concern to many Local Governments. This has given rise to a critical question: Could the failings be systemic and corporate because the Records Managers seem to be unaware of the scale and nature of the problems? From the field experiences from both users and managers of the records management systems; the financial and administrative records are available at sub-counties, users know very well the role of records management in service delivery and how records can be used to harmonise service provision. Then what causes the problems inherent in the existing Financial and Administrative Records Management systems?
