Sudanese down syndrome individuals with poor education, even there is no special developed schools considering education and knowledge for compared with normal individuals. Most of the Sudanese population prefer to keep their Down syndrome Kids indoor not even to get mixed with the normal people fearing from child abuse and many other issues. Those kids had poor & unaccepted oral hygiene and malocclusion which requires urgent need of applicable oral health promotion and treatment programs should be established immediately. More consideration has to be heading the oral health authorities to set up school-based dental care programs equivalent to those in basic schools of the normal children.
