Lower Limb Amputees` Satisfaction towards NAPo`s Amputee Services

National Authority for Prosthetics and Orthotics rehabilitation center in Sudan were located in Almntqua Alsenaeea (industry area) in Alghaba street at Khartoum state . It has been established in 1946 to rehabilitate the disable people as the result form World War II and it was following the Sudanese's defenses. In the year 1974 it was built in the current headquarters and followed the Ministry of Health, and was turned into the Ministry of Health and Welfare several times, and finally settled under the supervision of the Minister of Welfare and social security. To keep up with the demands of it's clients, the center had to expand and establish other services including: mobile workshops to provide prosthetic and orthotics services in rural areas, psychological and social counseling services, physiotherapy services for all pediatric and musculoskeletal cases , prosthetics and orthotics¿ services, training services for all physiotherapy collages.
