The District attaches great importance to the resolutions that will emerge from this workshop, in order to firmly establish its new vision for the management of the Haut-Uélé District and its economic development.I therefore urge all the participants here present to be more self-sacrificing, serious and assiduous, so that each one can give the best of himself, in terms of professional experience and knowledge; for the successful conclusion of the work of this workshop.With this in mind, I hereby declare the Haut-Uélé Local Economic Stakeholders' Concertations workshop open, with a view to the holding of the "Orientale Province open for business" Round Table, and I wish you a good and convivial working session.
