Living on Light & Love - My journey to pranic living

What started as a desire for food freedom, free from limiting thoughts and conditioning, miraculously turned into a mind-expanding adventure.

My new attitude to life, of letting go and total acceptance enabled me to take the next step in my ascension process, to no longer depend on the daily, and usual food. Through renouncing, I discovered a true love for everything and in the end even for food.

This book describes the pranic process I went through during one year. I can say that I feel better than ever. I understand my constant flow as the essence of the fascinating quantum world.

Between business life and my yoga mat, I have finally found my inner peace. My exciting search for love is over. Through the disappointments of romantic love and thanks to the hard lessons of unconditional love, I have found universal love. This life-energy flows, connects and nourishes me on all levels.
