Parallel with these developments we entered the age of ¿Adult orthodontics¿ and ¿Patient empowerment.¿ Now patients demand more esthetically acceptable techniques, to which lingual orthodontics has proven to be a good solution. This makes it essential to understand the intricate details of this method in terms of case selection, diagnosis, treatment planning, treatment technique, finishing, and detailing of the cases.
