A pothole on the road to town ruins the truck of Sara‘s family and her dream of studying abroad. Determined to find out why her remote community is so neglected, Sara rallies inquisitive friends and neighbours in search of answers, uncovering secrets that spread far beyond her family‘s orange groves. This graphic novel was created by the Seek Initiative, with support from CORRECTIV, to encourage citizens and communities to carry out their own investigations. We hope this fictional story brings transparent, rigorous research methods to new audiences. Let‘s Investigate tells a story reflecting the future that Seek enviasions: a society in which important, trustworthy narratives are uncovered and wrongdoing is exposed - from the ground up, by the citizens and communities affected.
