Lesson Planning in the Mother Tongue- Based Multilingual Education

The importance of the lesson plan reflects from the pupil's educational growth which depends on the selection of the subject matter activities, experiences, and methods adapted to his interests, needs, abilities, and level of maturity. Basically, the selection of the subject matter activities depends on the program in implementation of the K to 12 curriculum that considered the mother tongue as the core of development learning in the basic education program. Furthermore, the articulation of the instructional process is designed based on the student teachers' ability to present the teaching method to develop the interests, needs, and abilities of the pupils.The learning objectives in the study of lesson plan considered the pedagogical content in including as much as possible not only in the cognitive domain but also affective and psychomotor. It has been the major challenge of the student teachers to formulate the completeness of the lesson plan .
