Legal Protection against Secondary Infringement of Copyright

Secondary infringement of copyright has become the world¿s rigorous problems since it creates a means for provoking a primary copyright infringement, and helps expanding and making available of the infringed products. This book focuses only on certain situation of secondary infringement when a landlord, a lessor, an operator or any person allows the other person to use the building, premises, space or area, and such other person exploits such places for purpose of copyright infringement (Secondary Infringement). In particular, this book specifically studies the criminal aspect of the Secondary Infringement in Thailand comparatively with US, UK, and Chinese copyright laws in order to impose criminal punishment against the landlord, the lessor, the operator or any other person for the copyright infringement occurred on his building, premises, space or area by the person who was allowed to use such place.
