Legal perspectives on human rights protection in internal conflicts

This book will become as the definitive textbook for instructors and students alike, in the increasingly popular field of human rights law of non-international armed conflicts. While traditional approach to international law and armed conflict focuses on the international humanitarian law (IHL) alone, this book incorporates other international legal regimes such as human rights law and international criminal law as well.
