Least cost formulation in Floating fish feeds

The present attempt concluded that the selected major and minor raw materials on combination with various inclusion levels were found to reduce the feed cost in commercial fish feed formulation. This formulation can help to aqua feed industry for the development of quality feeds and minimize the production cost with commonly available ingredients. Fish farmers can easily identify the commonly available ingredients and their composition, inclusion levels of raw materials to produce the fish feeds at farm level. From this study indicates the commercial feed formulation and cost management will help to aquaculture nutrition students, researchers, scientists and feed manufactures. Finally attempts were made in this study in developing the economical commercial feed formulation and cost management in aqua feed industry.
