Like any other empirical research, this study also has some limitations of its own. First draw back is small sample. As only government universities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad were taken as sample. Secondly, it was noticed during data collection that there was higher ratio of female respondents in the educational settings as compared to the male respondents. So, as a result there was imbalance in the ratio of female and male professors. The future studies in this field require much bigger sample which may include the private sector universities as well, if continuing with the same objectives in educational setting. But the current study can also be carried out by taking the profit oriented and non-profit oriented organizations, as well as government, semi-government, and non-government organizations as sample. Moreover there must be paid considerable attention to the ratio of the male and female professors or managers.
