Leadership style affects the work motivation of teachers

The purpose of this study is to better understand the usage of leadership techniques to improve primary education in East Delhi. Specifically, the study will look at the different leadership philosophies that affect teachers' motivation to work and its effect on student learning. The goals encompass evaluating the impact of leadership styles on the motivation of educators, investigating the elements that shape motivation, and pinpointing effective leadership styles that augment motivation and overall performance in primary education.The research has three primary goals. It starts by examining the impact of various leadership philosophies on educators' motivation levels. Furthermore, it examines how these factors could affect academic outcomes by exploring the factors that affect or support teachers' motivation. Finally, the study seeks to determine the best leadership strategy that boosts teachers' motivation and enhances primary education in East Delhi.
