After leaving her position as Human Resources Manager, Bel Lauretta TENE joined the family business created by her husband Thierry TENE. A firm specializing in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).At the same time, the two partners set up a magazine called "Dirigeantes, le management au féminin".The name coincides because Bel lauretta TENE studied Business Management and, at a very young age, she also held a senior management position: Human Resources Manager with a thousand (1000) employees. On top of this, she is passionate about management and women's issues.It's therefore a godsend for her that, in addition to promoting women managers, the magazine enables her to understand, through day-to-day exchanges with them, exactly what female management and leadership is all about.
