The present study was designed to evaluate the post-operative complications in patients with Hirschsprung Disease after unsuccessful initial surgery and its management. It included 30 children from Damietta and Al-Hussin University hospitals (Al-Azhar University). All their sheets were reviewed for history taking, clinical examination and surgical intervention, complications and its treatment. This is my first book and I hope it will be beneficial for researchers in the field of megacolon.
