¿Laparoscopic Surgery Unit¿ was established in 250 Beded Razia Naser District Hospital, Bagerhat in August 2023. Up to May 2023, a total 110 cases of different laparoscopic surgery was performed in this hospital with excellent results. Many rare laparoscopic operations were performed in this specialized unit for the first time in south-east zone of Bangladesh. Here, in this paper, we are going to depict these rare and complex laparoscopic operations. It will be certainly a good guideline for the young surgical fellows for orientation of complex laparoscopic operations.
