This summary establishes the contribution of laboratory practices in the teaching of Chemistry, with the aim of encouraging secondary school students to interpret and recreate the phenomena that occur in nature thanks to the study of Chemistry through laboratory practice, since in this way they can demonstrate the properties, The aim is to draw students' attention to the application of the scientific method in the development of experiments, and thus determine the contribution of chemistry laboratory practices to the learning of secondary school students.Likewise, it can be established that the guides for the laboratory practices are resources that help the teacher to guide the students, so that they can complement and strengthen the scientific content of a theoretical class with an experimental one, in other words, a laboratory practice, will have as an objective the development of new skills and abilities so that the students construct their own knowledge through experimentation.
