This study was conducted to access the knowledge, practice and attitude of family physician in Gharbia Governorate regarding evidence based medicine before and after implementation of educational programme.The results of this study shows improvement of the knowledge, practice and attitude of the studied group after the program.It's recommended to implement education of evidence based medicine to all physicians especially evidence based guidelines to improve overall practice and health care system.
