This study was identified to ¿knowledge of Bt. cotton growers about distinctive features of transgenic cotton.¿The specific objectives were to study selected personal, socioeconomic, and psychological and Communication, characteristics of the Bt. cotton growers. As well as to know the Bt. cotton growers¿ knowledge about distinctive features of Bt. cotton. It is relationship between some selected characteristics of Bt. cotton growers and their knowledge about distinctive features of Bt. cotton., the study also identify the constraints faced by Bt. cotton growers and seek suggestions from Bt. cotton growers to overcome the constraints. It was hoped that this study will be much useful to different categories of personnel concerned with development of agriculture. This book may prove usefulness to know socioeconomic characteristics of the Bt. cotton cultivators and usefulness in agriculture growth of Gujarat and India.
