Just-in-time is considered a very helpful tool for all kinds of companies, since its philosophy is definitely oriented to the continuous improvement, through the efficiency in each of the elements that constitute the company system (suppliers, production process, services, personnel and customers).The type of research is applied, because we seek to know and understand better the problem of delivery of orders, also the level of research is descriptive, because we predict and identify the relationships that exist between the variables of study, the technique of collecting information are the text sheets, to develop our theoretical framework, also the surveys aimed at staff of the PASTRY company with which we run the analysis and interpretation of results.
