Job Stress and Job Satisfaction in Nursing Professionals

Nursing is a healthcare profession focused on the detail-oriented care of individuals, families, and communities in attaining, maintaining, and recovering optimal health and functioning. Today, nursing profession is better than what it was in the earlier. The public in the earlier days identified nurses more in the teaching profession than in service. However, the services of nurses are more recognized in hi-tech or super specialty hospitals and much less in nurses serving in rural areas or public health. Adequate importance is not being given by the government to provide facilities for nurses who are serving in the rural areas. But their job retention value increases due to job related stress.
