ISTM-KAMINA, A VISION, A DISCOURSE, AS MANY OCCURRENCES

For four academic years, the Director General of the Institut Supérieur des Techniques Médicales of Kamina has given speeches and addresses on different occasions. What did he really say? To answer this question adequately requires that all these productions be merged into a single vision as microtexts integrated into a discursive convergence. In this way, thanks to new developments in the human sciences, each occurrence becomes a chapter in the construction of a single understanding. The role of the reader becomes even more exalting in that he becomes a co-author whose quest is not about meaning but about significance. The author being unique although in different circumstances, he will have, everywhere, said his society and the unique vision of the latter. It is up to each and everyone to deconstruct the microtexts in order to co-construct the metadiscourse whose components go beyond the explicit and the said. There is thus obligation to build a complete and multidimensional text starting from the murmurs proposed here.
