Investment in Austrian residential real estate

The constantly changing investment style of investors and the associated increase in importance within real estate-related investment funds were the decisive factors for this thesis. At least 30 scientific sources are to be used for the literary part of this work. Primary and secondary data from well-founded sources are used for this purpose. For the qualitative research using expert interviews, mainly video calls are planned in order to gain an in-depth insight into the views and experiences of the interviewees. Due to the constant change in the real estate market, investors have to adapt to it. One of the findings from the interview analysis is that it does not matter what the investor's background is. As the market is currently in a state that many investors are unable to assess, it is possible that there will be many changes in strategy.
