Investigation and measures to prevent accidents and safety risks

This work addresses the problem of accident and safety risks in an Import-Export, Air and Maritime Transit company, namely Necotrans-Getma Gabon which became MCTT since January 1, 2018. The investigations were conducted from May to September 2014 in all the work sites of this company. As a result of these surveys, the author drew up an inventory of the conditions for the prevention of accident and safety risks, carried out a monitoring of regulatory and legislative texts, drafted an HSE policy as well as a single document for the assessment of professional risks. Also, after having listed all the risks of accidents incurred by the workers, the author urges the managers of this company to reinforce the safety measures taken, in particular by proposing corrective actions and relevant preventive measures in compliance with the local regulations.
