Introduction to Commercial Law

No doubt that trade is an important subject since thousands of years. For that reason it has been discussed and regulated in the various countries around the world. Trade as we surely know plays a very vital role in the economic, social and political fields of life. The importance of such role increases steadily as the commercial and economic activity goes on. For example, soft sells and purchases occur from time to time but despite its importance, it mustn't be left without limitations. Therefore, the legislator intervened to regulate these activities by establishing rules governing those acts and behaviors whether the rules are imperative or even facultative. As a researcher, I do believe that law is a very essential science that everybody must realize well. So, I cannot imagine the existence of a merchant or a businessman or woman without having the minimum level of knowledge with respect to the law in general and especially the commercial law. For that I decided to prepare a very simple book for the 1st year students in faculty of economic and administrative sciences so as to help them realizing the most important subjects in the field of the commercial law.
