Introduction, analysis and modeling of Carbon Nano Tubes (CNTs)

Carbon Nano Tubes analysis, designing and modeling are novel nano electronics fabrication and mass scale production approach which has lot of benefits and contribution to next wave in electronics and storage devices revolution and future advancement. Several researches stated that CNTs has hundred to thousand of times strong yungs modulus as compare to steal having length in few nano meters and weight in grams, but one problem with CNTs is fabrication cost and full scale production only in some grams. CNT fabricated using graphite carbon and other carbon forms with different structures of their walls using chiral angle etc. these CNTs again fabricated with Single wall called SWCNT or Multi wall called MWCNT.
