International Law and Genetic Resources

"International Law and Genetic Resources from animals, plants and microorganisms" focuses on the discussions held in the last 20 years after the Rio Summit of 1992 on Natural Genetic Resources or Genetic Resources from animals, plants and microorganisms, its international regulation.
