How to do business in foreign countries? International joint ventures offer fascinating but challenging opportunities. This book provides an in-depth analysis of theory, management styles, conflict resolution strategies, role stress of expatriate managers, and performance measurement form the perspective of culture. This book contributes to a better comprehension of the influence of cultural factors, especially that of Hofstede¿s cultural dimensions; and offers a more comprehensive understanding of cultural fit between foreign and local partners.
