International Cyber Peacekeeping

This monograph comprehensively investigates the phenomenon of international cyber peacekeeping and develops recommendations for its practical implementation and legal regulation. The study covers the essence, goals, principles and modalities of cyber peacekeeping, proposes models for its application to prevent and resolve cyber conflicts, formulates the legal status of cyber peacekeepers, and develops the concept of an International Cyber Peacekeeping Convention along with templates for national legislation in this sphere.
