International Airport & Urban Transformations

Airport brings about huge urban transformations which results in leading to violations in terms of local land use and height regulations. The objectives of the the study is reviewing the master plan in terms of its provisions and development regulations in terms of land use of existing and proposed plan, land development model for the airport city with respect to the development model of Hyderabad urban development area. Studying the planned development in phased manner by taking two phases of development upto certain period. Implementation of phased works in the airport city. For studying the unplanned development certain spatial aspects have been considered and 3 cases consisting of 4 villages are chosen for studying the implementation of international plan and urban transformation in its surroundings. This unplanned study is done in terms of land use restrictions, height restrictions, land values (registered and Market values), Overlapping of unauthorized details with respect to the spatial feature and listing down the issues separately with respect to the study area and proposing strategies with specific to the issue.
