Internal Environmental Challenges of Human Resource Management

In the midst of all the resources available to any named organization be it public or private, the human resource is the most active agent, most strategic and pivotal for the simple purpose of achievement of predetermined vision and mission. This work is titled, Internal Environmental Challenges of Human Resource Management. It is said: justice must not only be done, but seen to have been done. It is also said: justice delayed is justice denied; both the doing and quieting are done by human beings (resources). Human Resource Management (HRM) is the term used to describe formal systems devised for the management of people within an organization.
