The main objective of this project is to develop a web solution that allows the efficient control of the projects of the area of the Technological Innovation Subdirection of the Presidency of the Municipal Institution.In the area of Technological Innovation, the objective is to digitalize most of the processes, as well as to migrate the old information and systems to new technologies, and to create new solutions for all the areas of the Municipal Institution.This solution was born because of the creation of this subdirection and the short time of being in operation, not having a detailed report of the status of the projects immediately, with this system you can update the projects day by day and know their real status at any time required, it also aims to help in decision making among those involved in the project.
