Interactive Effects of Cyhalothrin/Endosulfan Tank Mixtures on Cotton

it is a tendency by farmers to control insect pests that have developed resistance to insecticides by mixing chemicals from different chemical groups. This practice does work but problems encountered include the development of resistance to several insecticides within a short time. in addition, many farmers do not know what rates to apply. As a result, either too much too little was used. This study was done with the idea of generating information that would be useful not only in determining the rates of application but also to check the environmental impact of such mixtures especially regarding the preservation of the natural enemies. It is therefore hoped that this information will be useful to the reader in as much as cotton insect control options are concerned.
