INTEGRATED STAKEHOLDER RELATIONSHIPS MANAGEMENT MODEL

Along with the open system theories approach, companies began to realize that they must recognize a wide range of stakeholders and external influences. Although companies very well know that they won''t be able to survive if they fail to prioritize stakeholder interests, they don''t have a comprehensive management tool with which they would integrate those stakeholder interests into managerial functioning at all levels. This necessity is the major driver behind this book. The book has two main purposes:To develop an ideal Integrated Stakeholder Relationships Management Model and to empirically test the model in a group of sample organizations. The book is the first work that combines stakeholder relationships with the management process of a group of Information Technologies organizations. Conceptually, the model is based on the principles of systems thinking and integrated management approach. Results can help managers make the necessary adjustments in their management processes at different levels. Besides, regulations on corporate governance may make use of the developed model.
