Construction Industry in Tanzania faces a number of failures such as incomplete project time schedule, cost overruns and perceived low productivity in building projects. This is due to its fragmentation in nature. It is a business where a number of fragmented organisations such as main contractors, consultants, sub contractors and suppliers are given supply contracts of works, goods and services in order to provide the customer (client) a designated product. Integrated construction supply chain gives an opportunity to key supply chain participants in working cooperative to increase productivity and add value to the client.
