This book related to the instrumental analytical techniques to proposed UV spectrophotometric methods showed good agreement at estimated concentrations of both the active ingredients with declared labels claims. The developed methods were simple, accurate, precise reproducible, economical, which would be used to estimate Lafutidine and Domperidone in their combined tablet dosage form in routine analysis. The established HPTLC method for simultaneous determination of Lafutidine and Domperidone is simple, accurate, reproducible and sensitive. The proposed HPTLC method were reproducible, reliable and in good agreement with labelled claim of the drug. It can be used for standardization and quality control of bulk and commercial product.
