Innovative Teaching Pathways in Learning

In the age of the revolution of knowledge, information and the rapid technological, economic, political and social developments, the quality upgrading of education is a key issue of modern reality. In this context, as active educators, we are called upon to give new ideas and experiences in order to fully develop the personality of young people, far from traditional standards. The target group of this book are educators and the main propose is to support them in their daily teaching via innovative methodological approaches. As a main result, this book is an educational toolkit to prepare the next generation to be members of the society and a guide that provide proposals and suggestions for learning students aged 13-17 years old in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) via the linking curriculum knowledge to real-world issues. This book could be used also for the implementation of extracurricular activities that disengage students from the teacher's monologue and give them the motivation for self-active and active participation.
