Innovation Workshop Design for Enhancing the Appropriateness of Ideas

As technologies advance and replace human labor in a variety of settings, we focus attention on human creativity for generating new ideas. Business organizations, more than ever before, recognize that they need employees who think creatively in order to maintain their competitive edge. Nonetheless, there is a lack of research assessing new ideas and influential factors in generating innovative ideas. The aim of this book is to identify influential factors for creating innovative ideas and design an innovation workshop that encourages us to create appropriate ideas. This book helps us to understand the thinking process of generating new ideas and how to facilitate participants for generating innovative ideas through the designing and implementation of workshop procedures.
