I prepared this assignment now converted to book with a business plan of GE healthcare innovation & Entrepreneurship. The book has presented the existing business model analysis VARIAM, PESTLE macro-environment analysis, and key drivers. The business model is analyzed for existed business model good and bad points. The innovation strategy of GE healthcare company with a success factor of a new innovative product, the problem of low-cost brain diagnosis & monitoring is already crowdsourced, and the impact of pocket-size brain monitoring and diagnosis device on the long-tail distribution. Based on the analysis and further research a new business model innovation and implementation to create market value in the next three years. The new innovative business model is analyzed using VARIM framework. Using all the information I have a management product development and operation plan with Stage-gate product development process, Technical readiness scale, entrepreneurship, and a financial plan. The market viability, market viability, resources visibility, commercialization viability. The book also presents the challenges in knowledge management, profit pool sharing and commercialization.
