Initiative Brings Change

The book titled ¿Initiative Brings Change` reflects the good practices in water, sanitation and hygiene sector in rural and urban Bangladesh with WaterAid collaborative projects. Different incentive based, encouraging and motivational approaches e.g. WASH 5-Star, Healthy home are introduced in rural community at household and institution level towards lasting hygiene behaviour change. The approaches describe how effectively ensure and encourage different level of stakeholders¿ participation to achieve the result within a short period of time. The book also reflects good practices in urban Bangladesh in promoting rainwater harvesting system to meet future water scarcity of Dhaka city.
