Inheritance position of female in Kosovo

Monographic work ¿Inheritance position of female in Kosovö, among others: 1. Addresses the meaning of inheritance issue, types and main features of this civil-legal institute, 2. Provides a brief overview over inheritance history in general in human society, and in particular in Kosovo, 3. Presents data concerning female¿s presence level to inheritance in Kosovo during the period of time 2008-2012, 4. Makes a theoretical treatment, accompanied by concrete data, to participation of female to inheritance based on the capacity, respectively relationship (child, brother, sister, wife etc.) with the decedent, and 5. Elaborates several factors determining the low level of female¿s participation to inheritance in Kosovo. During the preparation of this scientific work I have used contemporary literature published in Kosovo, Albania, Macedonia, Serbia and elsewhere in Europe and the world. Therefore, I have used knowledge and other sources estimated to be important for a more comprehensive treatment of this problematic.
