Information Management For Improved Government Decisions In Tanzania

The book presents the results from the study conducted in the Kinondoni Municipal Council (KMC) in the city of Dar es Salaam in Tanzania. The book highlights the structure of information management that is in place within the Municipality; second, the use of captured or tamed information such as reports by the Municipality; the book describes the roles of internal stakeholders (users) in the delivery of public services.
