The research have basically lay assessing or evaluating the existing reference desk and based on that it decides weather there is a need to shift to new learning center. so based on the data gathered and interviewed the researcher concluded there must be a need to bring paradigm shift by adopting Information and learning commons model so for institution to use as a base line the researcher had developed framework that can be used as a baseline.
