Influence Shipping and Logistics Management Effectiveness in Multinati

The purpose of this project is to identify the most important factors that can influence logistics effectiveness in multinational logistics industry and the relationship of sustainability strategy, shipment operations and greening shipping procurement towards logistics effectiveness in Malaysia. In this project we gathered data via survey and designed questionnaire and sent them to logistics people which are involve in Malaysian shipping and logistics industry. The questionnaire is regarding the logistics effectiveness in multinational logistics industry. For this research methodology, questionnaires are distributed among the logistics supplier. This is because they can accumulate what issues in their industry. All the gathered information analysed with SPSS software and the results illustrated on diagram. In this study, there are several assumption test were done to identify the strength of these variables. We tried to validate the existence relationships between sustainability strategy, greening shipment operations, and greening transport procurement. This project investigates the possible factors that will help in increasing logistics effectiveness among the logistics companies
