Governance is believed to influence corruption levels but to what extent and how much is a mystery. This study establishes governance`s influence on corruption levels in the public service. Specifically four independent variables as conceptualized from good governance definitions, indicators and constitutional provisions namely: rule of law, organization effectiveness, stakeholder participation, institutional leadership have been tested from the perspective of the Kenyan Public Service.
