Industrial design in private international law

The complex scientific and legal analysis of relations related to the protection and formalization of rights to industrial designs, complicated by a foreign element in the context of determining the role and correlation of conflict of laws and substantive regulation of these issues. The monograph deals with the impact of the processes of unification and harmonization of the legal protection of industrial designs on the development of national legal regulation, such as the conceptual revision of substantive norms of the Belarusian patent legislation taking into account international acts in the conditions of innovative development of the Republic of Belarus, as well as with the concept of legal protection of these industrial property objects in the law of the Eurasian Economic Union on the basis of substantive and conflict of laws norms.
