Industrial sector is the largest sector of the economy of Bangladesh. For this reason, development of this sector is very much essential. Mongla cement factory is a famous cement company in Bangladesh. In this factory, there is a good interrelationship among workers, managers and government. There is a strong trade union as well as a good disciplinary action in this factory.
